Okay lets hope I've got this right, never submitted brushes with the new interface before.

Okay! This is my second set of brushes, manga speedlines! I created these brushes for when I'm lazy and don't want to go into another program to do speedlines. I've decided to share them with you lucky peoples. ** These brushes will only work with Photoshop CS or CS2, or Elements 3.0** They are not compatable with lesser versions of photoshop, unfortunately.

I don't expect you to like, kiss my ass or pay me or anything to use them, but I'd like to request a couple of things.

1) Don't redistribute them. If your friend wants em, point em to my Deviantart site to get them.

2) I luv to see what other people do with my brushes. Drop by and link me to your awesome artworks!

3) You don't have to, but credits would be cool on art you make with them. Share the love and link people back to these brushes. :)

That's about it. Just click the 'downloads' button to get the .abr file. Have at er!

Damn you Elements 2 and your non compatible, non qualifieying for CS2 upgrade-ness!
These look like a lot of fun to use, when I aquire the right version of PS, I'll be sure to use them! ;)

Awesome. I've always wanted a brush like this. This is fantastic!

But you mention you make these in another program? Which program is that and how do you make the lines?

I use MangaStudio usually. Its got special tools for handling speedlines and focus lines. I generated these using MangaStudio and then imported them into Photoshop and made brushes out of them.

REALLY now? You use mangastudio? I tried the trial but couldn't really get the hang of it and didn't notice any speedline tools. So you recommend buying the program? Do you use a tablet with it?


By the way, I totally can't wait for Shifters Redux to come

Its not an easy program to learn. You have to be pretty persistant to use it. Yes, you do need a tablet to get the most out of it. I'm not sure if the demo has everything enabled, but they are under the filters section. If you are REALLY serious about learning it, it can be worth it. Although I hear Deleters Comicworks is somewhat easier to learn and has many of the same features.
