It's nice to see you're still going I know I shouldn't ask this to people who have webcomics: Any plans for "Shifters" yet?

that's good 2 hear, I need to ask you something about Webcomics.............

If one has a concept that would apply for such a media, I often wonder how good does ones artwork has to be before it should be placed on a website?

It really depends on what you expect. If you just want to do it for the sake of doing it, then go for it. But don't expect people to flock to your site or no one to hassle you over bad art. There's no set quality control limit per se. But I'd probably suggest you at least have some basic anatomy, a set of character reference for all your main characters, be able to draw some static backgrounds and background elements. If you really strive to improve your work, you will get better over time. Although your first comic probably won't be your best if you find you enjoy making comics. Some lack of art skill can be made up in the writing, but you have to keep your art clean and simple in that case.

"If you really strive to improve your work, you will get better over time." I think shadowsmyst's "Shifters" is a great example of this. Look at the first page and then the latest page. The improvement is huge. ^_^

On a side note, I'm glad to see Ferrah again and hope to see more "Shifters" in the future.

Artwork in my case is ok; if you visit my & I read what you have to say then will I try out some other approach to my art.

My writing skills? OOOH BOY in case you don't know I'm Autistic & my English is very weird!!! I tend to write in a way that will leave MOST people scratching their heads
